AI Betrix builds and runs software: a sports trading console (BetBloom), crypto risk alerts (RugRadar), and a range of AI bots we build ourselves — AI Betrix Labs, LeadGen Bot and Fitness Coach Bot. All products are run by the same small UK team.

Email support@aibetrix.uk with your product, your order reference or licence key (BTX-…), and what happened. We reply within one business day, usually much sooner.

Yes. Every AI bot has an interactive demo that runs entirely in your browser — no sign-up, nothing on our servers. BetBloom has a 7-day free trial.

Secure checkout by Stripe — card or PayPal. Subscriptions renew monthly; one-off purchases are a single payment.

Any time, no contracts, no setup fees. Subscriptions run to the end of the paid month and then stop. Manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email.

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. For digital products, if you consent to instant delivery at checkout you agree that the cooling-off right ends once the licence is activated — but faulty or misdescribed products are always refunded or repaired. Email support@aibetrix.uk for a full copy of the policy.

Yes — email support@aibetrix.uk with your company name and VAT number and we'll send one.

Both work for every bot. Hosted: running within minutes of checkout, we keep it up and backed up. Self-hosted: a one-line Docker compose pulls our bytecode-only image from GitHub Container Registry — no source code, but your data never leaves your machine.

After payment you receive a BTX-… key by email. The bot checks it against our licence server at startup. If our servers are unreachable, the bot keeps running for 72 hours on its cached licence — so a brief outage never takes your bot down.

Check the exact image name in your welcome email (ghcr.io/ai-betrix/…), make sure Docker is running, and try docker pull by hand. If it still fails, email support with the error text and we'll fix it.

The bot prints the reason — expired, activation limit reached, or revoked. Activation limit means the key is running on more machines than your plan allows; deactivate an old machine or email support to raise the limit.

About 15 minutes if you have Docker: copy the compose file from your welcome email, paste your licence key into the .env, run docker compose up -d. Full instructions are in the INSTALL.md inside the kit.

You do. Leads, clients, ideas and trades live in your database (or your hosted instance) and you can export everything at any time — CSV or the raw database file.

Export any time while subscribed. On cancellation, hosted instances are paused and your data is kept for 30 days so you can export or reactivate, then deleted. Self-hosted data is on your machine and is never touched by us.

Only to operate the service (backups, support you ask for). We never sell it, and we don't use your leads or client records to train anything.

No. No system can. BetBloom shows you the evidence and keeps risk controls visible; you can lose money. It's for people who treat trading seriously.

An account with a supported betting exchange (Betfair, Betdaq, Matchbook or SX Bet). Signals works with no exchange account at all.

Open @betbloom_bot and press Start. If signals stop arriving, press Start again — Telegram blocks bots that were stopped — or email support.

No. RugRadar never touches your wallet or keys — it's alerts and an avoid list only.

No — it's the client record, session plans and progress tracking layer. It works alongside whatever you use for bookings.

No. The output is a plan you can hand to any developer, any team — or us, if you'd rather we built it. Nothing obliges you; the plan is yours.

Nothing breaks. The app tells you exactly which limit you hit and how to upgrade. Archived projects don't count towards your project limit, build counts reset monthly, and you can export anything you've built at any time — it's yours to keep.
