This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use

sell.aibetrix.uk, buy our products, join our affiliate programme, or contact us.

We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

AI Betrix UK trading as AI Betrix is the data controller for personal

data collected through our website and products. Contact: support@aibetrix.uk.

2. Data we collect

• Order data: name, email, billing address, order details, payment status.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full

card numbers; payment details go directly to the processor.

• Account/affiliate data: partner name, email, tracking codes, earnings,

terms-acceptance records.

• Enquiry data: messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
• Marketing data: your consent preferences for emails.

3. Lawful bases for processing (UK GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract: to sell, deliver, and support products and run the affiliate

programme (Art. 6(1)(b)).

• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Legitimate interests: service improvement, security, spam prevention,

fraud detection (Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Consent: marketing emails and non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. How we use data

• To process orders, deliver products, and provide support.
• To manage affiliate tracking and pay commissions.
• To send service and (with consent) marketing messages.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.

5. Marketing and PECR

We only send marketing emails where you have opted in, in line with PECR.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time without

affecting your ability to buy.

6. Sharing your data

We share data only with:

• Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal.
• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM (processors

under contract).

• Professional advisers: accountants, lawyers.
• Authorities: where legally required (e.g. HMRC, law enforcement).

We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) may process data outside the UK. Where they

do, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the **UK International Data

Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum** to the EU SCCs, or an

adequacy regulation.

8. Retention

• Order/tax records: 6 years (HMRC requirement).
• Affiliate records: while active plus 6 years.
• Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics/technical data: up to 26 months.

9. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability,

and to object to processing (including marketing). To exercise a right, email

support@aibetrix.uk. We respond within one month.

10. Complaints

If unhappy, contact us first at support@aibetrix.uk. You may also complain to the

Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk / 0303 123 1113.

11. Security

We use technical and organisational measures (access controls, TLS/HTTPS, least

privilege) to protect data. No system is perfectly secure.

12. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect

their data.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
