This policy applies to sales on sell.aibetrix.uk. It describes your statutory

rights under the **Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional

Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015**, plus our own

goodwill policy. Statutory rights for consumers are never excluded.

1. Consumers (B2C) — distance selling

1.1 You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel an order

and receive a full refund ("cooling-off period").

2. Digital content exception (important)

2.1 Our bots and software are digital content delivered instantly.

2.2 At checkout you are asked to give express consent for delivery to begin

immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel

once delivery/activation begins.

2.3 If you consent as above, the cooling-off right is lost and the product is

non-refundable under the Regulations — except where the product is faulty or

not as described (section 4).

2.4 If you do not consent to immediate delivery, your 14-day cancellation right

remains and delivery will be held until it expires.

3. How to cancel (before delivery begins)

3.1 Email support@aibetrix.uk with your order reference and a clear statement of

cancellation within 14 days.

3.2 We will refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of

the cancellation, using the original payment method.

4. Faulty or misdescribed products (CRA 2015)

4.1 If digital content does not conform to the contract (faulty, not as

described, not fit for purpose), you have the right to a **repair or

replacement, and if that is not possible, a price reduction or refund**.

4.2 Report issues to support@aibetrix.uk with details; we will assess and remedy.

5. Business customers (B2B)

5.1 There is no statutory cooling-off period for business purchases.

5.2 [Goodwill policy] We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on

licensed software if the licence key has not been activated/downloaded, at our

discretion. Contact support@aibetrix.uk.

6. Services and custom work

6.1 For setup, consulting, or custom work, cancellation is allowed up to **48

hours** before the work starts for a full refund; once work has begun, we charge

for work done plus reasonable costs.

7. Affiliate commissions

7.1 Commission is earned on completed, non-refunded sales. If a sale is refunded

or charged back, the related commission is reversed.

8. Chargebacks

8.1 A chargeback without first contacting us may suspend your account pending

resolution.
