Affiliate Programme Terms

Programme: AI Betrix Affiliate Programme (operated by AI Betrix UK, trading as "AI Betrix")

These terms apply to partners ("Partners") who promote AI Betrix products in

exchange for commission.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Partners must be 18+ and legally able to contract. Business partners must

provide valid entity and tax details.

1.2 We may reject or close any account at our discretion (e.g. fraud, brand

damage).

2. Commission

2.1 Standard tiers: Basic 10%, Premium 15%, VIP 20% of the net sale value

(excluding any VAT, discounts, refunds).

2.2 Commission is earned only on completed, paid, non-refunded sales tracked via

your unique link/code.

2.3 Attribution: last-click on our tracked link within a **30-day cookie

window**, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2.4 We may change tier rates with 30 days' notice; continued promotion means

acceptance.

3. Payment

3.1 Payouts are monthly, 14 days after month end, once the balance reaches

the minimum threshold of £[XX]. Below threshold, balances roll over.

3.2 Paid by bank transfer / PayPal to the verified account in your name.

3.3 We deduct or reverse commission on refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent

orders.

3.4 [B2B] Partners are responsible for their own tax on commissions. UK

partners must register for tax and, where applicable, VAT in line with HMRC

rules.

4. Marketing rules

4.1 No income guarantees. You must not claim or imply that buyers will earn

a specific income, or use "get rich" style claims. This protects both of us

under consumer-protection and ASA rules.

4.2 No spam, cold email/SMS without consent (PECR), or misleading ads.

4.3 No brand bidding on "AI Betrix" or our trading name in paid search without

written permission.

4.4 Disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g. "affiliate link") as required by

the ASA/CAPC rules.

4.5 Comply with all applicable law, including UK GDPR when collecting leads.

5. Data and tracking

5.1 We provide tracking links/codes; do not tamper with or spoof them.

5.2 Where you collect personal data on your own site, you are the controller and

must have your own privacy policy.

6. IP and brand

6.1 We grant a limited licence to use supplied marketing assets for promotion

only. Do not alter them misleadingly. We retain all IP.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may end the programme at any time by notice. Accrued, valid

commission on completed sales is still payable, subject to section 3.

7.2 We may terminate immediately and withhold commission for fraud,

self-referral abuse, or breach of section 4.

8. Liability and law

8.1 Our total liability to you is capped at commission payable in the preceding

12 months. No indirect/consequential loss.

8.2 Governed by the law of England and Wales; courts of England and Wales have

jurisdiction.
